This week is Global Goals Week, the world campaign aimed at raising awareness of the UN Global Goals for Sustainable Development. The campaign, ending on the 25th of September, is targeted at young people in particular. AIESEC, the world’s largest student network, has joined Global Goals Week.

The President of the United States expanded an existing ocean reserve off Hawaii, creating the largest protected marine area in the world, covering an area of 1.5 million square kilometers. President Obama is going to Hawaii this week "to mark the significance of this monument designation".

An open-air museum, deep in the woods and nature of Trentino, in which art and nature thrive together. Arte Sella is an international contemporary art exhibition, which this year celebrates its 30th anniversary. It attracts 60-70 thousand visitors per year and so far it has involved 300 artists from all over the globe.

At Milan Summer Arena, where until the 31st of July it is possible to see the installations of some of the most important street artists, and to listen to great rock music. The Sting concert closes Street Music Art, the great Milanese live music summer festival, on the 29th of July.
