There are talents but there is not training. The new challenge of the philanthropy world:the lack of teaching for tomorrow’s charity leaders.

It is not the funding, at least for once. A big problem that the non for profit world is facing lies in the lack of investment in manager training leaving charities unprepared for succession when the day finally comes to turn over leadership to the next generation. That is the warning voiced by the article “Lack of Training for Young Nonprofit Workers Means Too Few Potential Leaders“ .
