Today Italian PM Matteo Renzi has appointed Laura Frigenti as the Director of the new Italian Agency for Development Cooperation which will kick off its operations from January 1, 2016. Currently serving as Vice President of the Global Development Practice Department at InterAction, the US national platform of NGOs, Frigenti has also had a long career at the World Bank.
