Social Innovation

The training is for organisations who want to develop a framework, reporting process and system for measuring the social and economic impact of their projects. During the workshop you will be supported to apply the learning to your own project or organisation, allowing time for discussion, reflection and peer support. For this reason workshops are kept relatively small with an average of 6 people. The workshop is delivered by Heather Black.
Since 2000, Heather has worked daily as a research consultant developing impact frameworks and evaluating the impact of social and economic development projects across the UK funded by the national to local government, the Big Lottery and Comic Relief amongst others. She also regularly helps organisations to implement management systems to manage and measure performance. Face to Face Masterclass
