From the 16-22 November, Global Entrepreneurship Week inspires people everywhere through local, national and global activities designed to help them explore their potential as self-starters and innovators. These activities, from large-scale competitions and events to intimate networking gatherings, connect participants to potential collaborators, mentors and even investors—introducing them to new possibilities and exciting opportunities.

In the last five years, GEW campaign has been hosted in the UK by Youth Business International, a global network dedicated to helping young entrepreneurs get started in business.

This year, YBI joined forces with its members in the UK and is co-hosting the 2015 GEW campaign together with - StartUp DirectUnLtd and Virgin Startup.

Members of the YBI network across the world also host Global Entrepreneurship Week in further ten countries, giving the UK community even stronger links to the global entrepreneurship movement.

Last year in the UK over 500 partner organisations hosted around 2,500 events that reached more than 340,000 entrepreneurial people across the country.
